With the raiders no longer attacking them, the communities allied with Shady Sands agreed to the idea of uniting into a single nation with a constitution and government. This all changed with the arrival of a mysterious Vault Dweller in 2161, who defeated the raiders and saved the town leader’s daughter, Tandi.
Ironically, all of these gangs could trace their roots back to Vault 15. The town wasn’t without its problems, though, as they were constantly attacked by raider gangs such as the Great Khans, the Jackals and the Vipers. Shady Sands saw prosperity for decades by trading with other communities.
